Poco NYC

So if you’ve heard of Poco, you know it’s a hot spot for a bottomless (timed) brunch over on Ave B and 3rd St.

What you might not know is just how popping Poco is at dinner.

Let me bless you.

Y’all know I️ Love burrata and this delicious dish doesn’t disappoint. The presto blends perfectly with the oozing cheese and is pine nut free for all to enjoy! It’s topped with a thin slice of prosciutto and comes with a slice of toasted baguette. <<<<<<<<<
pork belly. YES BITCH ITS PORK BELLY AND DAMN IS IT TASTY LIKE CHICHONES! <<<<<<<<<
des Roger beef sliders by adding a delicious avocado aioli, roasted tomato and a new multigrain bun. Savory can’t even explain this little gem. <<<<<<<<<
rt steak comes with garlic chips and a fabulous 40 oz blue cheese from some friends over at Murray’s Cheeses. Dec-a-dent as fuck. <<<<<<<<<
BE COMPLETE WITHOUT SOME MEDIUM PAN AEARED SCALLOPS. THERE ARE BACON LARDONS ON THIS PLATE. BACON. LARDONS! for you uncivilized that’s bacon crouton. WORD SHIT IS FIRRRREEEEE AND ITS NOT THE MICRO-GREENS AND JALAPEÑOS! <<<<<<<<<
wouldn’t get a green but ummmmmm. This has a Meyer lemon pesto at the bottom, hominy and radish so I️ was down. I️ would definitely spend any dollar amount on it. It’s so crisp and refreshing and filling due to the gluten free hominy. Yes all the bases are covered for your dairy intolerant, raw food dieting cohort. THE. PERNIL. SLIDERS.

I️ don’t know if you’ve been blessed by any PeurtoRican family and had their holiday pernil, but if you haven’t, Poco will take care of that for you. Topped with lettuce and pickled onion, the pernil is juicy and flavorful sitting suggestively between two delicious buns that catch all that good good. This Spanish style red wine braised chorizo is not for the faint of heart. This dish is so full of glory that I️ had to have a little praise break. The wine intensified the chorizo flavor, creating a rich fullness to the spice. If it’s too much, gon’ head and dip some bread into the lime crema and cool off. Repeat until dish is gone. White wine Prince Edward Island Mussels. Need I️ say more? SPICY PRAWNS. WHOLE SPICY PRAWNS IN A PEPPER PURÉE. OH. LORD. IN HEAVEN ABOVE. SPAGHETTI MONTER BLESSED US. BUDDHA SAYS THIS DISH IS PEACE. FOUND NIRVANA AND THE HOLY GRAIL. YES. NOTHING BUT YES.

I️ wish there were more prawns. I️ didn’t have a single thing that I️ didn’t enjoy. Even the foods I️ normally aren’t too fond of were standouts.

Keep it classy for date night and try Pocos new menu. Dinner is never bottomless but dessert might be.

💋
