I’m Loris aka the Wine Fairy. I’m a Court of Masters Certified Sommelier and yes, I do work the floor. Michelin starred restaurants, hotels, that cool wine shop down the street, I’ve worked them all. I also love to write about wine and help people experience their aha moments, you know when you finally GET a wine. I don’t think wine should be stuffy or stuck up, but I do love the showmanship and community wine brings.
